Tony Lobo, long-standing Faith in Action Drop-in volunteer, has been awarded a Merton Civic Award.
At a ceremony on 29 April 2022, Tony was presented with the Award by the Mayor of Merton, Cllr Michael Brunt.
The Award recognises Tony’s many years of unfailingly reliable and dedicated voluntary service to Faith in Action. His presence at the Drop-in (on both Wednesdays and Fridays) is always greatly valued by service users, staff and other volunteers. Tony offers his services with great dignity, a calmness of approach and nothing is ever too much trouble for him.
Everyone at Faith in Action is delighted to congratulate Tony on his well-deserved civic recognition.
